As the on-site lead for Altamar Brands in Mexico, Patricia Rico oversees every stage of the tequila-making process—from agave field visits and raw material sourcing to bottling and final shipment. With a deep commitment to quality, she ensures that every bottle of Tequila Lágrimas del Valle and Tequila El Velo meets the highest standards.

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Patricia holds a degree in International Business Administration and discovered her passion for the tequila industry in 2016. She later pursued an MBA in Madrid, further strengthening her expertise. With years of hands-on experience, she combines tradition and innovation to bring exceptional tequila to the world.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys life with her family, balancing her professional dedication with being a proud wife and mother.
