Luke Tullos

General Manager, FL

Luke Tullos is a spirits educator, sales leader, expert communicator, and proud father. With over 15 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, he’s established himself as a leader in the national spirits and cocktail community as a mixologist, educator and business consultant. He has always dedicated himself to pushing distilled spirits forward through education and transparency and building a community through integrity of product and people.

While working toward his BA in Public Relations from University of Louisiana, Luke worked every aspect of bars and restaurants: from dishwasher to partner. Through his cocktail consulting, his dedication to quality ingredients and a focus on top-tier hospitality set him apart as one of the founders of the craft cocktail movement in South Louisiana.

In the last 10 years, he’s established himself as a leader in the Florida spirits and cocktail community as both a mixologist and business consultant. He was awarded the top level of recognition from Total Wine and More for leading the highest spirits selling team in the country. He followed that achievement by helping develop cocktail programs for new Ritz-Carlton concepts in South Florida. He also attained the title of Certified Spirits Educator.

When he joined the wholesale side with Winebow in October of 2016, Luke worked to help refine and curate the Winebow Florida spirits portfolio into the most exciting, high-quality book available in Florida. His commitment to selling through trust, quality, and drive helped him lead the Florida sales team to consistent 25%+ growth in spirits YOY for over 5 years and attaining #1 national growth margins in the spirits category. His leadership on education, sales strategy, and brand building also helped Winebow consistently break sales records on a national level.

In 2021, Luke moved into the supplier space and accepted the National Sales Director position for LHK Spirits. While there, he built systems to streamline communications and improve sell-through with distribution partners and key accounts.
Soon after in November of 2022, Luke was sourced to create an innovative retail storefront and education experience for SipTequila.com, the largest boutique agave retailer in the US. He currently leads all of Sip Tequila’s education and retail operations.

With his past work experience, Luke has had the pleasure of building a network that includes some of the most talented individuals not just in the Florida beverage industry, but the entire US. Everyday, he strives to challenge himself and encourage his children, his team, and his customers to never stop learning.
