For the first time in history, Probitas is a joint venture between Caribbean distilleries to produce blended Rums.
Coming from two of the most iconic distilleries in two of the most respected islands in the Caribbean for Rum making – Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, and Hampden Estate in Jamaica.
Distilled, matured, blended and bottled in the Caribbean.
Probitas brings a new gold standard to Rums used for Cocktails – No sugar, nor neutral/multi column spirit added.
Blends of both molasses and sugar cane juice rums, and produced entirely in the Caribbean by Caribbean peoples.

A Unique Blended Rum, consisting of rums from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica – along with Caramel produced by the process of super heating sugar at Foursquare, leaving zero residual sweetness. Distilled, Matured, Blended and Bottled entirely in the Caribbean.
