This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry, and excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors of Altamar Brands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday November 1st, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday February 27th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit www.altamarbrands.com and sign up for the email database, including your first and last name, email address, and any other required fields. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Altamar Brands. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time without affecting your entry or chances of winning.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

Total ARV: $1500
No cash or other substitution permitted except at Altamar’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about Friday February 27th, 2026, one (1) potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email within 15 days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 30 days to claim the prize or it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal) within 30 days of notification.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Altamar Brands, which are final; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and (c) consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Altamar Brands is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind; or (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, (d) for entries not received, regardless of cause.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in  San Diego, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Altamar Brands, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. Privacy
