Greg Goldstein

General Manager – FL, GA, LA & PR

Greg Goldstein brings a background in culinary arts, craft cocktails, hospitality, and spirits sales to Altamar Brands. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he began his career in kitchens across Puerto Rico, Montauk, NY, and New York City before moving behind the bar at The Ice Plant Bar and then creating a highly curated rum bar program at Catch 27, both in St. Augustine FL.

Greg later joined Maverick Beverage Company, advancing from Sales Consultant to Spirits Specialist and leading a team of sales consultants across North Florida. He went on to manage wholesale sales for St. Augustine Distillery, working with bars, restaurants, independent retailers, and major chains.

Greg has a particular passion for rum and agave spirits and loves sharing the stories behind them. Over the years, visits with producers have given him a firsthand understanding of their processes and traditions, deepening his appreciation for the people and craftsmanship behind each bottle. He also enjoys sailing, surfing, and traveling with his wife, exploring new cultures and cuisines. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida.
