Kayla Hasbrook

Director of Sales – Winebow Markets

A New England native, Kayla Hasbrook is a dynamic food and beverage professional who values mastery through hands-on experience. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Hartford before moving to New York City, where she discovered the boundless creativity of the bar world.

Kayla honed her craft during a four-year tenure at Jean-Georges’ ABC Cocina, where she fell in love with tequila and mezcal while curating fresh, seasonal cocktail menus. She went on to serve as bar manager at Scampi NYC and held roles at notable East Village institutions Pouring Ribbons and Mayahuel. A fierce competitor, Kayla became a fixture on the bartending competition circuit, securing several regional and national championship titles. Her innovative cocktails have been featured in Vanity Fair, Forbes, GQ, and Imbibe Magazine.

Her beverage career—and love of adventure—eventually led her to California, where she designed cocktail programs across Venice, Los Angeles, and Oceanside. She then transitioned into the distributor side of the industry, joining Winebow in late 2021. Over three and a half years, she rose from Spirit Specialist to Director of Spirits for the West Coast, leading strategic initiatives and significantly growing spirits sales across California and Washington markets.

Now serving as Director of Sales for Winebow Markets with Altamar, Kayla leverages her extensive experience to foster key partnerships, refine market strategies, and drive premium spirits sales with a focus on exclusivity and brand alignment.

Outside of work, Kayla is a fitness enthusiast, balancing hot yoga, running, and cycling with her passion for boxing—boasting an amateur record of 2-0. A lover of performance art, she enjoys karaoke, stand-up comedy, and is an avid fan of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
